Rarely leave reviews but this company deserves it without a doubt! It was a big job, the railings, netting, deck, and gutters had years of built up. They're pricing is amazing, their communication is amazing, and even better their work is amazing. These are before and after photos so you can see for yourself!! Photos don't make the height of my lanai justice. He was able to get it all!!! I don't have after photos of the gutters (top view) but you can see how it's all cleared out from one of the after photos. Highly recommend!!

BLUE STREAM has been our "Go To Guys" since 2017. They are safety trained, meticulous in their preparation and protection of our landscape & shrubs, and they have never broken a tile while walking our roof. Perhaps even more important than that they use the low pressure system that doesn't damage the tiles. So many other cleaning companies will come in with a water blaster or sidewalk cleaning machine and use it on a tile roof. That's a recipe for damage and a shortened service life. It was for this exact reason that we first hired BLUE STREAM and they have consistently met our expectations every time. Hire them with confidence.
